14K YG Cameo Pin/Pendant

An estate 14k yellow gold cameo pendant/pin. THe cameo is carved from a helmet shell with the image of a lady on it. It measures approx 1.75x1.25". There is a pin across the back and also a small jump ring bail at the top for a chain.
